Now Prayer Terms of Use
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access and use of the NowPrayer application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms, any applicable laws and regulations, and Apple
Inc.'s ("Apple") App Store Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, you are not authorized to use the App.
2. Subscriptions
The App may offer certain subscriptions on an auto-renewal basis in order to access certain features or content ("Subscription Services"). Your Subscription Services will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription services and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription for that service. All fees and charges are nonrefundable, except as provided herein or otherwise required by law. The frequency and amount due for each Subscription Service may vary depending upon your subscriptions.
